Help us make an impact

Part of being a conscious traveler is being a good citizen of the world. Since 2010, the Tripadvisor Foundation, our philanthropic organization, has invested more than $40 million in communities around the world, including over $10 million to help ease the path for displaced people and those impacted by disaster.

Give back, we match

We support all our team members’ efforts to give back. The Tripadvisor Foundation matches all donations to eligible nonprofits, up to $5,000 annually per employee. We also encourage everyone to volunteer in their communities, and grant $15 per volunteer hour (up to $1,000/year) to donate to any organization. Learn more here.

Get involved

Our Employee Resource Groups provide many volunteer initiatives throughout the year for our employees to rally around social causes. Launched in June 2020, our Stand in Solidarity campaign led by the Black@Trip Employee Resource Group has raised over $170,000, including matching from the Tripadvisor Foundation. Donations went to the Equal Justice Initiative and The Bail Project Inc.
